As you see here there were a 139 homes sold in the last 12 months and if we break that down through 6 months (55) and 3 months (24) you can see the trend of the market in this area. At this current time for new construction in the Jack Britt area there is 84 active new construction listings and the monthly absorption rate over the last three months has been 8 per month. Which means at the current rate of sale if there were no more new construction homes listed in the Jack Britt area it would take 10.5 months to clear the current inventory.
